EXPRESS:

Short on time? Then this 40-minute class is for you. A total body burner, designed to get your blood pumping fast and then get you back out to face the day. Please aim to be warmed up prior to class (5:00am is recommended) and be ready to go.


METCON:

METCON is short for Metabolic Conditioning. A hybrid class that will combine cardio and strength. The best of both worlds. A class to challenge and improve your fitness goals.


BUILD:

This is a weights-based class focusing on progressively building muscle and strength. Sessions will cover lower and upper body strength and change every block. A block will typically last around 4-6 weeks.


A-TEAM:

Start the weekend on a high. Group bootcamp style sessions designed to be fun, challenging, and total body burners. Think big circuits, outdoor sessions and fun team-based challenges.


YOGA:

Unwind, stretch, and strengthen in this mat-based yoga class designed for all levels. You’ll flow through gentle movements and postures to improve flexibility, build core stability, and release tension. With a focus on breathing and mindful movement, you’ll leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and recharged — the perfect way to restore balance in your week. Friday night 5:30-6:30pm. Sunday afternoon 4:15-5:00pm.

PILATES:

A rejuvenating low-impact workout focused on building core strength, enhancing posture, and promoting flexibility. This mat-based class combines controlled, mindful movements that improve body awareness and mobility, helping you build a balanced, resilient physique. Perfect for all fitness levels, Pilates encourages a connection between mind and body, leaving you feeling strong, centred, and energised. Wednesday and Friday 9:00-10:00am.

IGNITE:

Start your Friday mornings feeling energised and ready for the day! This upbeat class blends cardio, core-strengthening exercises, and an occasional dash of boxercise to keep things fun and varied. You’ll work at your own pace, with options to suit all fitness levels, so whether you’re looking to “feel the burn” or simply get moving, you’ll leave feeling strong, fired up, and ready to take on the weekend.

ACTIVE STRENGTH:

is a small-group fitness class designed for those who want a supportive and structured approach to building strength, balance, and overall fitness. With a cap of 8 participants, this class ensures personalised guidance from the trainer, making it ideal for seniors, beginners, those recovering from injuries, or anyone who prefers a slower-paced yet effective workout.
Each session focuses on developing functional strength, improving cardiovascular fitness, enhancing core stability, and refining balance to support long-term health and mobility. Exercises are tailored to individual needs, with modifications provided to accommodate different abilities and goals.
Whether you're looking to regain confidence in movement, prevent injuries, or simply stay active in a welcoming environment, Active Strength helps you build a solid foundation for lifelong fitness.
