EXPRESS:
Short on time? Then this class is for you. A total body burner, designed to get your blood pumping fast and then get you back out to face the day. You must arrive to class warmed up (5:00am/4:30pm is recommended) and be ready to go.
METCON:
METCON is short for Metabolic Conditioning. A hybrid class that will combine cardio and strength. The best of both worlds. A class to challenge and improve your fitness goals.
BUILD:
This is a weights-based class focusing on progressively building muscle and strength. Sessions will cover lower and upper body strength and change every block. A block will typically last around 4-6 weeks.
A-TEAM:
Start the weekend on a high. Group bootcamp style sessions designed to be fun, challenging, and total body burners. Think big circuits, outdoor sessions and fun team-based challenges. Please note, these sessions may not always be based at the gym.
PILATES:
A rejuvenating low-impact workout focused on building core strength, enhancing posture, and promoting flexibility. This class combines controlled, mindful movements that improve body awareness and mobility, helping you build a balanced, resilient physique. Perfect for all fitness levels, Pilates encourages a connection between mind and body, leaving you feeling strong, centred, and energised.
YOGA:
Yoga is a mind-body practice that combines movement, breathing, and mindfulness to improve overall well-being. It focuses on flexibility, strength, balance, and relaxation through a series of poses and controlled breathing techniques. Suitable for all fitness levels, yoga is a great way to unwind, reset, and improve both physical and mental well-being.
ACTIVE STRENGTH:
is a small-group fitness class designed for those who want a supportive and structured approach to building strength, balance, and overall fitness. With a cap of 8 participants, this class ensures personalised guidance from the trainer, making it ideal for seniors, beginners, those recovering from injuries, or anyone who prefers a slower-paced yet effective workout.
Each session focuses on developing functional strength, improving cardiovascular fitness, enhancing core stability, and refining balance to support long-term health and mobility. Exercises are tailored to individual needs, with modifications provided to accommodate different abilities and goals.

PUNCH:
This is a high energy boxing style class using Hybrid gloves. The use of Hybrid gloves eliminates excess waiting time as there is no swapping between pads and gloves with a partner. This ensures your time is dedicated to working on technique and working up a sweat as well as removing any potential “ick” of swapping gloves with a partner. Movements will be suitable for all abilities. Boxing gloves are supplied but you must bring along your own cotton inners. These will be available to purchase at A-New but also available at most supermarkets for a couple of dollars.
