Meet Jak — coach, teacher, Mum, goat enthusiast.
Jak is the owner of A-New Fitness, a Mum, and a Health & Physical Education teacher. With more than 17 years in the fitness industry — from personal training and bootcamps to CrossFit and school-based health education — she's seen what helps people stick with movement long-term.
She's passionate about strength, mobility and longevity, and believes movement is the most underrated medicine. Fun fact: she's obsessed with baby goats.

- Certificate 3 in Outdoor Recreation
- Training Menopausal & Perimenopausal Women
- Group fitness & conditioning certificates: Bootcamp & Outdoor Group Fitness Instructor, X-Training, Punchfit, Cycle Excel, Power Bands, Bulgarian Bag, Battling Ropes + more.
- Austswim Teacher of Swimming & Water Safety
- First Aid certified
